At Ayllón, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Ayllón tags attached to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
